- Polish–Swedish War (1600–1611): At Wesenberg (Rakvere), Jan Karol Chodkiewicz defeated a Swedish reinforcement force under Arvid Stålarm the Younger sent to relieve the Swedish troops in Dorpat. The town later surrendered on April.[1]
