The 2014 Dayton Flyers football team represented the University of Dayton as a member of the Pioneer Football League (PFL) during the 2014 NCAA Division I FCS football season. Led by seventh-year head coach Rick Chamberlin, the Flyers compiled an overall record of 8–3 with a mark of 6–2 in conference play, tying for third place in the PFL.
