The 2025–26 Indiana Hoosiers women's basketball team will represent the Indiana University Bloomington during the 2025–26 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Hoosiers will be led by head coach Teri Moren in her 12th season, and play their home games at the Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall as a member of the Big Ten Conference.

Previous season

The Hoosiers finished the 2024–25 20–13, 11–7 in Big Ten play to finish in a four-way tie for eighth place. As the No. 9 seed in the Big Ten tournament, they defeated Oregon in the second round before losing in the quarterfinals to USC in the quarterfinals. They received an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament as the No. 9 seed in the Birmingham 2 region. They defeated Utah in the first round before losing to South Carolina in the second round.
