Alex Lewis (born June 11, 1981) is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Detroit Lions in the fifth round of the 2004 NFL draft.[1] He played college football for the Wisconsin Badgers where he currently holds the record for most sacks in a game with 6.5 on October 18, 2003 vs. Purdue
