Beaufortia pingi is a species of river loach, belonging to the family Balitoridae[2][3] or Gastromyzontidae,[4] depending on the source. It is found in China (Yunnan and Guangxi[1]) and Vietnam.[3] This species inhabits fast-flowing hill streams[1] and reaches a standard length of up to 5 cm (2.0 in).[3]
