Binanda Kumar Saikia is a Bharatiya Janata Party politician from Assam. He has been elected in Assam Legislative Assembly election in 2016 from Sipajhar constituency.[2][3]
He was also elected to the Assam Legislative Assembly from Sipajhar constituency in 2011 as a nominee of the Indian National Congress.[4]
