Calvin C. Bliss
Calvin Comins Bliss (December 22, 1823 โ December 13, 1891) was an American politician. He was the first Lieutenant Governor of Arkansas, serving from 1864 to 1868.[1] He was one of the preparers of its 1864 constitution.[2]
