Camponotus discolor is a species of carpenter ant native to the eastern United States, North Dakota, Nebraska, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Nuevo Leon, Tamaulipas, and possibly California, Montana, Utah, and Colorado.[2][3][4][5][6]
