Dilip Saikia (born 1 September 1973) is an Indian politician. He has been President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Assam state unit since 2025.[2] He was elected to the Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Parliament of India, from Mangaldoi in Assam in the 2019 Indian general election as a member of the BJP.[3] He was the national general secretary of BJP.[4] He is a former state Secretary and state organising secretary of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad ABVP Assam Pradesh.
