Ford Belmont Spinks, Sr. (April 5, 1927 – July 27, 2016) was an American politician who was a Democratic member of the Georgia State Senate from 1962 to 1971. After his senate term, he was a public services commissioner of Georgia from 1971 to 1989. He was a farm equipment dealer.[1]
Spinks died on July 27, 2016.[2]
