Golur-e Bala (Persian: گلوربالا, also Romanized as Golūr-e Bālā; also known as Golūr)[1] is a village in Kelar-e Gharbi Rural District, Kelar District, Abbasabad County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 570, in 179 families.[2]
