Gordonia cholesterolivorans is a bacterium from the genus Gordonia which has been isolated from sewage sludge from a sewage treatment plant in Ciudad Real in Spain.[1][2] Gordonia cholesterolivorans has the ability to degrade cholesterol.[3]
