Mohamed Ibrahim Elmi
Mohamed Ibrahim Elmi is a Kenyan politician. He belongs to the Orange Democratic Movement and was elected to represent the Tarbaj Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya since the 2007 Kenyan parliamentary election.[1]
