Isaltino Afonso Morais (born 29 December 1949) is a Portuguese jurist, gastronomic critic and politician. He is the current mayor of Oeiras and former Minister of Cities, Territorial Planning and Environment, between 2002 and 2003.[1]
From April 24, 2013, to June 24, 2014, he was detained, serving a sentence for crimes of qualified tax fraud and money laundering.[2]
