Khan Hayati (Persian: خان حياطي, also Romanized as Khān Ḩayāţī)[1] is a village in Chelevand Rural District, Lavandevil District, Astara County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 340, in 82 families.[2]
