Kalangestan (Persian: كلنگستان, also Romanized as Kolangestān but it is wrong)[1] is a village in Taher Gurab Rural District, in the Taher Gurab District of Sowme'eh Sara County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 658, in 211 families.[2] Decreased from 851 people in 2006.[3]
