Krościenko Wyżne [krɔɕˈt͡ɕɛnkɔ ˈvɨʐnɛ] is a village in Krosno County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland.[1] It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Krościenko Wyżne. It lies approximately 5 km (3 mi) east of Krosno and 42 km (26 mi) south of the regional capital Rzeszów.
