L'Espunyola (Catalan pronunciation: [ləspuˈɲɔlə]) is a municipality located in the southwest of the comarca of Berguedà, Catalonia. Prior to 1983 it was known simply as "Espunyola," without an article. The municipality includes a small exclave to the west.
