Levadura de Olla is a traditional Oaxacan restaurant in Oaxaca City, Mexico. In May 2024, it received a Michelin star.[1] The restaurant has been recognized as one of Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants,[2] and has received the Sabores con Historia award from the Mexican senate.[3]
