This event marked the finals of the single-elimination tournament format in the Heavyweight, Light heavyweight and Middleweight divisions.[1][2]

The event marked the promotion's seventh visit to Hollywood and first since PFL 8 (2024) in August 2024.[3]

The event featured the finals of 2025 PFL World Tournament in the middleweight, light heavyweight and heavyweight divisions.[4]
