Pavel Navageethan (born 17 January 1984) is an Indian actor and filmmaker who works in Tamil cinema.
Acting career
Pavel Navageethan's dream was to be a director, so he wrote scripts for films, but was unable to get producers.[2][3] He then moved to acting debuting in his friend Pa. Ranjith's film Madras, where he played a henchman named Viji. His role in the film earned him the moniker Madras Viji.[1] Pavel Navageethan later played roles in several other films (including Kuttram Kadithal, Magalir Mattum, Vada Chennai, and Peranbu) before turning to direction.[1][3][4] He made his directorial debut with the mystery thriller V1 (2019), after the editor was able to get a producer for the film.[5][6]
In 2022, he marks the Telugu debut in Sridevi Soda Center played the main antagonist.[7] He played alongside Sathish in the crime thriller films Vithaikkaaran (2024) and Sattam En Kaiyil (2024).[8][9]
