Vellavely [1] or Vellaveli or Vellaaveli (Tamil: வெள்ளாவெளிVellāveḷi, Sinhala: වැලිවැල්ල Velivella) is a town in the Batticaloa District of Sri Lanka, it is located about 30 km South of Batticaloa.
