Viivi Lehikoinen (born 27 August 1999) is a Finnish athlete.[2] She competed in the women's 400 metres hurdles event at the 2020 Summer Olympics and at the 2022 World Championships.[3][4]
Lehikoinen won a gold medal in the 400 metres hurdles at the 2016 European U18 Championships. In July 2017, at the age of 17, she won a bronze medal in the 400 metres hurdles at the 2017 European U20 Championships, breaking the Finnish under-20 record with a time of 56,49.[4]
