Altdorf (German pronunciation: [ˈaltˌdɔʁf] ⓘ) was a municipality in the canton of Schaffhausen in northern Switzerland. On 1 January 2009 Altdorf merged with Bibern, Hofen, Opfertshofen and Thayngen to form the municipality of Thayngen.[1]
