Bobrowice (Polish pronunciation: [bɔbrɔˈvit͡sɛ]; German: Alt Bewersdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sławno, within Sławno County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 km (3 mi) south-west of Sławno and 170 km (106 mi) north-east of the regional capital Szczecin.
The suffix -dorf of the former German name Alt Bewersdorf is typical for settlements founded by Germans during medieval Ostsiedlung.[2]
