Elcy Goulart de Freitas (5 December 1938 – 15 December 2010), known as just Elcy, was a Brazilian footballer.[1] He played in one match for the Brazil national football team on 12 December 1959,[2] against Uruguay, during the 1959 South American Championship that took place in Ecuador.[3] Elcy died on 5 December 2010, at the age of 72.[4]
