Blažim (German: Plaschin) is a municipality and village in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 60 inhabitants.
Blažim lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) north-west of Plzeň and 101 km (63 mi) west of Prague.
