Le Pian-Médoc (French pronunciation: [lə pjɑ̃ medɔk]; Occitan: Lo Pian) is a commune in the Gironde department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in Southwestern France. It is located northwest of Bordeaux, in the Les Portes du Médoc canton.
