Úpohlavy is a municipality and village in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.
Úpohlavy lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south-west of Litoměřice, 23 km (14 mi) south of Ústí nad Labem, and 50 km (31 mi) north-west of Prague.
