Houvin-Houvigneul (French pronunciation: [uvɛ̃ uviɲœl]) is a commune in the Pas-de-Calais department in the Hauts-de-France region of France[3] 20 miles (32 km) west of Arras. The commune was created in 1856 by merging Houvin and Houvigneul.
